The location is superb, since its in the heart of CDO. Walking distance to the 2 malls of cdo (ayala & gaisano), also restus and a pub (in lifestlye district). The unit is amazing! I love the concept of having a key lock for an easy and flexible check in. What you see in the pictures is accurate. Highly recommended if your looking for a cozy and a homie vibe place to stay. 😊

:) - Walking distance to the mall and 711. Has pool (free entrance for 2!). Responsive and friendly host. Squeaky clean and the room smells really good. Nice view of the city too. Has free books to read! 🥰 Free coffee/tea as well. We also left the key inside the room one time but they immediately provide us extra key. 🥰 If you aim for longer stays this is the place to be. :( - Check-in is kind of a hassle. You'd need to photocopy the IDs yourself. Internet is not very reliable for digital nomad peeps. Body wash bottle is empty. Blanket is nappy (mahimulmol), it sticks to other clothes. I hope they change the lights into the tricolor one because the light is not appropriate when working etc.

Host was accommodating and responsive. He was able to take care of my requests. Smooth and easy check in. Place was really great and aesthetic. Would love to come back!

Loved staying at Japandi Studio. It was so cozy, homey, clean, and modern. We loved the vibe. It's the perfect place to stay when in CDO because it is accessible to transpo and establishments. Will definitely come back.
