My family had a fantastic experience for our recent trip. The booking process was simple and efficient. The property was clean and perfect for a family with 1 toddler and a baby. We had a great staycation here! Room is very clean and the place itself is really accessible to Ayala, SM and Gaisano! Had a smooth communication with Marco and Jovilly from checking in and checking out! Avida Tower’s staff are very kind and helpful as well! Would def come back here!!!!

It is a great experience with its unique and comfy furnitures, having a wide screen tv that you can enjoy and relax during your stay at the unit. I would like to come again soon.

Great location - walking distance to Centrio Mall and many other restaurants. Marco was very responsive to my queries in a very timely manner, wifi was fast and TV is big with Netflix available. There were some issues though on the lavatory, toilet and shower that I wished could have been fixed before I checked in. I was also expecting bottled water and basic supplies (soap, shampoo and conditioner) to be part of the package especially if you arrive a bit late with limited time to purchase outside. But overall, it was a very good overnight stay.
