I had a great stay. Location was easy to find and you have a great view from the balcony. I was able to rest well since the bed and blanket were very comfortable. It’s also walkable from shopping malls and other commercial establishments. Will definitely book this place again when I revisit CDO.

Grace was terrific and responsive, and gave me great advice on getting from the airport to her place and it was an easy walk and good cost savings other than taking a taxi. I kept her place, although it did not have everything I needed, but that was my fault for not doing a better job on the research. I went ahead and booked another place the next day while maintaining her place as a back up as the weather was hot, and I wanted to place with a pool. I had brought some nice clothes and needed to have a closet and chest of drawers to unpack my suitcase. Given the length of my trip five days, I did not wanna live out of a suitcase for five days. But the place was very nice, and great for short stays. It was a dated layout and the place showed its years, but all was clean, and bed was comfortable. It is great for a 2 or 3 day stay and you will not be there much. She graciously left 6 bottles of water which was needed as I arrived late and not much open around there in the evening.
