The place was near to everything you might need. Only problem is the disco place close by you can hear the sound late in the evening even if you’re staying in the 16th floor.

Kevin’s condo is a great place to stay when visiting CDO. Location is excellent. Plus the unit is equipped with small appliances that you may need.

Kevin's place was absolutely great. it looked exactly like the pictures and there were no surprises. the place was perfect and just what we were looking for. it made us feel like we were right at home. lots to see and do in the area, but the apartment was peaceful and felt like home. kevin is a great host and was always there with a prompt reply. this is now my first choice of where to stay whenever I'm in CDO

Kevin was responsive and helpful. He found me a parking stall to rent. His condo is the best in all of my Airbnb in the PI. The CR is big with ample supply of toiletries. It was a great surprise that 3 large containers of water were supplied. The condo is super convenient within walking distance to malls and restaurants. I highly recommend Kevin's condo if you are visiting CDO.

I flew out from the UK to CDO to spend Christmas and NYE with my girlfriend. Kevin made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. He was quick to respond and also checked to make sure if I had enough drinking water midway through my stay, and also arranged cleaning services. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. All I had to do when I arrived was go and buy my groceries and supplies from the nearby mall. There are great bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away, I especially liked eating out at Cafe Leone which was just across the street from the entrance to the building. The walk to Ayala mall was 10 minutes, this is where I got most of my supplies. The SM mall also, was another street over from Ayala. So it’s super convenient. My only gripe was beyond Kevin’s control. If you’re a light sleeper, the city noise may wake you on some nights. Kevin made my stay nice and simple. I will definitely book again when I return to CDO to visit my girlfriend and her family.
