Stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the time we had. What I loved about the place is the free mineral water which is handy as we didn't need to bring our own water anymore. The view on the 20th floor was spectacular and the internet connection is really good. We had some small hiccups specially on the parking as we had to look for somewhere else to park since the condominium's parking was full. But aside from that, the place is worth the price. It would be nice if there's a can opener and some bathroom tissues in the unit.

Our host, Jose, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. They promptly responded to our messages and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend staying with them

First time to be in Mindanao and thankful to had stayed in Bernardo's place in Avida Aspira Towers. His place is best situated where all things you need are easily accessible. Definitely will book his place again given a chance to be back. Want also to highlight how he is so responsive to our queries and ready to assist when we don't have a place to leave our things since we had a night flight going back to Manila. Thank you for the warmth, Sir Bernardo!
