Great place to stay walking distance to 3 big malls ( sm , gaisano, centro) 7 11 at both entry points. By far, the cleanest and freshest place I've stayed in Cdo. Great value for money. Everything is new inside.. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions.. Thanks, Loraine.. hope to visit again in 3 months 🇦🇺

This is absolutely the only place I will stay in when I come to this beautiful little city again try and join very much. It’s extremely while I’m equipped, and in the best location possible with a short walk to anywhere you wanna go. I’d actually has a decent gym for a condo complex and the pool is very nice. it was quiet except for the weekend with a few kids, and will definitely stay there again

First of all, thank you Ma'am Loraine! This is my first unplanned trip and my first time using AirBnB without my friend's help, and her unit was indeed worth the good reviews I read. She was so responsive with all my queries and attentive to all of our needs, even before I booked and after our stay! We felt like we were in a hotel suite, not a condo unit. What you see in the images is indeed what you get! Everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. Plus, Centrio Mall, SM Downtown Premiere and Gaisano are all walking distance from the location. If you are looking for accessible place to stay, I highly recommend her unit! Thank you for the flexible check-in and out Ma'am Loraine! We really really had a good rest. Big 👍🏻 for that large TV and fast wifi. We watched to our heart's content. The aircon felt so cool too. Wish we could book this place again when we come to this place. Ciao! 💜

100% recommended! I booked for my parents’ 62nd bday trip to CDO. They only asked for a good enough place to sleep in for a week, but Loraine’s unit exceeded their expectations 😁 Clean and comfortable, perfect location, friendly building staff — but what I appreciate the most was how responsive and helpful Loraine was. My parents are not used to airbnbs, and I was anxious to have them check in on their own. Loraine’s responsiveness set me at ease :) Slight mishap only when my parents entered thr wrong building, that was our bad 😅 But Loraine even offered to send building staff to assist my parents 😊 I’m also thankful how she helped me extend another night for them, because I booked their unit a day short. However Loraine was helpful and the extension was hassle-free (my parents didnt even notice lol) All in all, Loraine’s unit gave my parents’ an all-star first impression of CDO :) Thank you!
