Hello, my name is Tina and I pride myself on Hosting from the Heart and providing a "Luxurious Home Away From Home Experience". I live in beautiful Colorado with my husband and two little girls. We love to travel, and enjoy quality time with family & friends. My Husband Thomas and I previously worked on Luxury Yachts, and the high end, private luxury service industry for 20+ years. We love bringing an extraordinary level of service to the Vacation Rental industry. Since moving to Colorado, I have been blessed to be a stay at home mom raising my two girls, Ella (9), and Aven (6). This lifestyle became possible when I started my company Hosting from the Heart in 2015. Over the past 8 years, HFTH has grown to 24+ unique luxury properties. Our goal is to own and operate Colorado's premiere boutique portfolio of luxury vacation rentals. We have built an all star team of hospitality professionals, which allows us to rise above and deliver exceptional guest experiences. When staying in a HFTH home, you will feel like you are in the comfort of your own home. This is made possible by the love and hard work put forth by our team. Thomas - My amazing husband that onboards new homes, maintains partner relationships and sets the homes up for success! You will enjoy working with Traci throughout the guest journey and feel confident that you can reach a real person when you need something during your stay. Luis & Randy - Our expert handymen that maintain, repair, and update our homes daily. We are here for you throughout your stay. If you need something, we will answer the phone, and fix the problem asap! Natoshya & Tania - Our Lead Housekeepers. Their teams of professionals are passionate about cleanliness and a perfectly staged home. Mark - Our snow plow driver, shoveler and maintenance inspector. He works hard to make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free! KEY’s team handles everything from coordinating the essentials, like pre-arrival grocery delivery, charcuterie on arrival, private chefs, massage therapists, transportation, to recommending and booking the best local experiences and places to dine. Each home offers a unique experience, creating memories with family, and friends. We all enjoy the feeling of comfort, and safety. The little things in a home provide these comforts. We love to welcome guests with open arms. Warmth and familiarity comes from staying in a home that is well thought out featuring the things we need, and want. Our goal is for each guest to feel as though they are a personal house guest in our home.
