This is a wonderful home. Walkable to beach and restaurants. The home itself is spacious, well lit, and updated and the yard is beautifully maintained. The outdoor space in back was such an added bonus and the café lights made it even more charming. The icing on the cake was the wagons stocked with beach chairs and and toys that made a trip to the beach perfect for our family of six.

My family stayed here while in town for a wedding and it worked out well! The place is so cute, clean and well cared for. Great outdoor space and also walking distance from lots of restaurants and places of interest.

The place was nice and Ryan was responsive. The gate to park is a big pain and needs replaced. We also noticed some of the kitchen supplies were rusty and should be replaced. The floor in the living room needs swept better. Lastly, even with the over the stove fan on high, if you cooked on the stop top, the smoke detector would go off.
