Beautiful oceanfront property that was spacious enough for two families of four. The house was well stocked with everything young families need, toys, stroller, crib, high chair, games and beach toys. It was also walking distance to the beach, two playgrounds and downtown. We loved our stay and will be back!

Sylvia’s place was amazing. She was a wonderful host and worked to accommodate early check-in that was a blessing as we had work calls to make. We had a wonderful time and had never been to Oceanside. We were literally steps from the ocean. Her place is spacious and clean. The outdoor patio was the highlight and one could sit all day taking in the views, listening to the waves and enjoying watching the activity of people enjoying the Strand. Restaurants are within easy walking distance and there were 2 secure parking spots. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing and so much more than I thought it would be for my Birthday staycation. It was so spacious and EVERYTHING worked. So easy to book and find the place and videos helped tremendously. It is a perfect place and I definitely plan to stay again! It was the best birthday I’ve had yet! 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Brought my family to spend for a memorable weekend! The house is more beautiful than what the pictures reflect on the AirB&B website. The ocean is literally right next to the house and you could hear each and every singe wave. The house had every single thing we needed. On a side note, this is totally my fault— I should have put more attention to checkout details as checkout is scheduled at 10:00AM, I was under the impression check out was at 11AM. That said, I overslept a little. I asked for an extended checkout time , and I was denied the extended check out time because the cleaners were literally knocking at my door at 9:55PM, so if you plans to stay, please keep in mind that 10 means 10; nevertheless, our host was most gracious and kind and direct with instructions. Sylvia's place is incredibly nice, and much larger than I expected it to be. Everything felt upscale and grand. She was an excellent host, and really thought of everything with her instructional videos. The ocean view is amazing, especially at sunset. I'll definitely be back.
