Gite Vue de l'Eglise provides comfortable and relaxing self-catering accommodation for up to eight people in the village of Brux in the Vienne department of Western France. The gite is close to Futuroscope and La Vallée des Singes (Monkey Valley), while the beautiful villages of Verteuil sur Charente and Nanteuil en Vallee are just a short drive away. With its flat countryside, the Vienne is ideal for exploring by bike, while nearby rivers provide ample opportunities to swim or paddle by canoe. This four-star graded gite sleeps up to a maximum of eight people comfortably in three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), plus two additional single beds on a large mezzanine. There are two shower rooms, modern kitchen facilities (including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker and electric range cooker), plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious living room has a cosy wood-burner, sofas, armchairs and coffee tables. There is also a flat-screen TV with both English and French channels. Outside the property, there is a gravelled terrace with sun-loungers, patio furniture and a BBQ. Beyond the terrace is a long lawn area with access to a private above-ground, solar-heated pool equipped with a wooden deck - ideal for sunbathing!. The garden is fully enclosed - perfect if you are bringing your dog on holiday with you. Under the covered car port, there is a table-tennis table for guests' use. Other external facilities include a boules set, and a badminton net with rackets. Bikes can be hired and delivered to the gite on request (please ask for further details on booking).
