Pros: -owner was gracious by letting us check-in 1 hr early and check-out 1 hr late; place is relatively clean and looks like what was shown in the pics -location is near from the entrance of the subd. Cons: -we didn't use the pool, it has tadpoles swimming in it and surrounded by 3 frogs (probably because it's rainy season so it's understandable, however they could've cleaned it everyday for maintenance) -no security guard in the entrance of the subd; anyone can get inside the property bcoz the gate has no lock -out of 4 CR's, only 1 has tissue (bawas pa); no hand soap given; kailangan pang hingin sa caretaker ang dishwashing liquid; no sponge available -water pressure of the shower becomes weak when all 3 showers are used simultaneously; 1 heater not working properly -AC was leaking but luckily it stopped -there was leak in the bidet in the master bedroom (caretaker replaced it) -limited kitchenware, no exhaust fan in the kitchen -emergency light didnt activate during brownout

So impressed with Dhang’s Airbnb. The house is BEAUTIFUL! Dhang’s brother welcomed us to the house. The Airbnb is very clean, relaxing and well worth the stay. I wish we had more time to roam around the area but unfortunately, we only had one night. Highly recommend this place and I am rating it 5 stars overall,

Ms. Dhang is an awesome host. Always responsive and accommodating. Her local-based hosts/care-takers are very helpful and assisted us at any moment and whatever needs or questions we have. The place is as described and shown in the picture. The pool is better and nicer than what they have in this picture. We traveled as group of 12, the place is so big there are times we can't find each other, lol. For those with kids, there are lots of hens, rooster and a very sweet cat roaming around, the kids and my Dad were happy with that.. gave us the Farmville vibe, maybe a goat and a pair of duck will not be bad idea? If you're a plantita/Tito, the plants surrounding the house are beautiful. There's a karaoke available at cost if you're into singing. Bring your extra towels if coming with kids, it's provided but limited. Toiletries are also not included, yet can be easily bought from nearby sari-sari or grocery store.

The place is great. we enjoyed the pool and the karaoke. Will be making a reservation again on this Listing, definitely.
