1 bedroom with queen bed private with bathroom, sheepskin rugs, brand new luxury mattresses. You can also book 2 rooms , if you have more than 2ppl in party super chic one floor modern home, heated lap pool, private lush gardens, short stroll to beach, flowered privet lane. lots of birds.. outdoor shower!! white marble kitchen bar counter, De longhi cappuccino machine. All white cotton sheets, brand new luxury mattresses, heated lap pool, secluded lush gardens... kitchen, espresso maker, tea, beach short walk up the lane, farm stand, quiet lush green neighborhood, centered between Easthampton and Bridgehampton. 2 blocks from Wainscott Jitney stop. Happy to give rides when I’m able. FYI: looking for longterm summer guest who is interested in spending weekends in hamptons away from city pls inquire if interested. would workout deal in pricing.

Beautiful place to stay! The host was very pleasant & accommodating. I was enjoying fireplace in the evenings. She also offered salt for the bath & even freshly squeezed juice in the mornings, and made coffee. The backyard with a pool was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean and arranged with a style, beauty, and perfection to the detail.

A very lovely place equipped with everything you need. Forest is a great host and there when you need her, very hospitable and wants to share all she knows about the area.

Exactly as pictured! House is Very clean and well decorated! The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Forrest was a great host and provided coffee and breakfast in the morning. Location is close to the beach and central to everything. We had a great stay with our pup coco!
