These are the best hosts and the home is absolutely amazing. You won't be disappointed. They could teach other hosts how to hit the mark with their airbnbs and how to provide excellent customer service. Because of them, I am sending a suggestion to airbnb that they should have a platinum rating for hosts. Once a host reaches platinum, they are rewarded by paying less fees. Ben and his lovely wife delivered a perfect balance of excellent communication yet provided me with all the privacy that I needed. They were like having the best neighbors ever for 5 weeks! They even brought me flowers and expressed their condolences when my dog passed away. I would have loved to have stayed longer while my home is under renovation. Unfortunately, their home was booked solid behind me. If you are traveling alone or feeling safe is extremely important for you, I am a single female. I felt 100% safe, 100% of the time. Anything I needed, they took care of immediately.

Susannah and Ben are just the most amazing people. We were so glad to have them as hosts/neighbors for a few weeks. They were both so friendly and responsive and helpful. The cottage is adorable and absolutely perfect for a longer term stay. They have everything that you need!

We had a great stay! Both hosts were so helpful answering questions leading up to and during our stay, and the place was perfect for what we needed. We especially loved how the layout allowed my husband and I to work remotely from separate rooms when we had meetings. We also really loved the fenced in dog park that was just a block or away, one of the nicest we’ve been to! Overall great stay and would recommend!

The cottage was exactly what needed while exploring the Denver area for a month. It was well-maintained, well-stocked, and exactly as described. We loved the securely fenced backyard that provide a safe, relaxing place for our dog (and us) to chill. We also loved the walkable neighborhood and the park and green belt right down the street. We were thrilled with the easy access everything. It felt like we could be almost everywhere we wanted within 20 minutes. Last, but definitely not least, Ben and Susannah were wonderful hosts!

Ben’s place is our go to place when we are in the Denver area. Perfect size and the small grassy backyard (with flowers) is a great place to relax. The place has everything you can possibly need and Ben and Suzanne are very responsive to any questions or issues. We stayed a month and it felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!!
