Lovely place with plenty room and great facilities, quite neighbourhood but close walk to plenty of attractions

Nice villa with everything you could need. Neighbours dogs were barking day and night which was a bit disturbing and not the peace and quiet we expected. It’s a good 15 minute walk downhill to the main Puerto del Carmen strip, we never attempted to walk back up the hill to the villa as it was only €4 for a taxi.

Great villa overall. Pool lovely (although wasn’t cleaned during the stay even though it states on the wall it would be) kitchen facilities excellent, pots pans plates etc. amenities provided, toilet roll, soap, washing liquid etc. beds and pillows comfortable. Table tennis table and magnetic dart board big bonus. Lots of space and so close to Supermarket and town centre. Sun in the morning on the balcony, doesn’t hit the pool area until after 10am. Only negative was response time from the hosts, had to chase twice and after calling finally got through and second time I messaged it took 24 hours to get a reply.

The property was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while in Lanzarote. The villa is absolutely beautiful inside out and perfect home away from home. The swimming pool was an added benefit and clean to swim in. Plenty of shops available on walking distance. 10 mins drive to the strip, which was beneficial for us. I will definitely book this villa again in the future. The host is amazing and very prompt with replies.
