die wohnung von anna liegt wirklich traumhaft und ist picobello sauber. leider hatte im ort und auch rundherum kein restaurant geöffnet, am 2ten tag schlossen sogar die 3 strandbuden, wo es jedenfalls paninis gab. angeblich weil es zu kalt war. ohne auto währe man total aufgeschmissen. von dolce vita war in diesem ort nichts zu spüren.

Anna's place is a true gem - our favorite location we stayed in Sicily! Sant'Elia has a lovely, local small-town feel. Anna provided some wonderful restaurant recommendations and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The beach and adjacent cove are very picturesque (arguably the best view in the entire area) and we enjoyed getting to swim and explore. It's walking distance to a couple of great restaurants and some delicious bakeries. The washing machine was temporarily down and there was somewhat limited hot water during our stay, but it didn't impact us much. Highly recommend to anyone planning a relaxing stay by the sea in Sicily!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Anna sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war wie beschrieben! Die Unterkunft liegt im Prinzip am Ende des Ortes, was sehr gemütlich war. Von wirklich jedem Fenster aus sieht man das Meer (und das Haus hat Fenster in vier Richtungen!), das war ein Traum! Baden kann man am kleinen Strand oder auch in der Bucht. Wir haben auch zwischen den Felsen gelegen, da waren unsere Badeschuhe sehr praktisch. Am Strand sind zwar, wie in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben, Glasscherben, allerdings handelt es sich fast ausschließlich um Meerglas. Also keine Sorge ... Wir haben es genossen jeden Morgen und Abend auf dem kleinen Balkon zu sitzen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir können die Unterkunft von Anna nur empfehlen.

Fabulous location for a quiet relaxing break. Apartment was really well equipped with lots of dishes,glasses,saucepans,extra pillows and blankets. Very clean. Lots of hot water and a great shower. Great to have a washing machine . Lovely little balcony to sit out and relax on. The views are fabulous. Brides arriving most days to have their pictures taken in this beautiful spot. Anna was a very responsive and helpful host. A few tips if booking. Factor in payment for parking.really important to make sure you get a ticket and be sure where exactly you are allowed to park as the police are very quick to issue parking fines. There is a square up from the apartment and you can buy daily tickets from a lad who bases himself at the Square selling tickets. 4 euros per day. If you are unlucky enough to get a fine ,it can be paid at the TAbAcchi shops.32 euros if paid within 5 days. Anna was very helpful with this. Bring swim shoes as there is a lot of broken glass and debris on the beach

Die Lage des Airbnbs ist sehr toll. Direkt vor der Haustür ist ein schöner Strand und hinter dem Haus eine wunderschöne Bucht. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.
