This space is beautiful and cozy, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and helped when I had a question regarding some in town activities. I highly recommend staying here. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely book this house again.

You can expect a most lovely house with all the comfort and quiet. The view was just wonderful and a great spot for seeing lots of wildlife. Could have stayed longer if time permitted.

We briefly enjoyed our time at this little coos bay get away. The location is great with access to many trails, a few small shops, and markets. If you enjoy birds, there are tons of different species roaming right in the backyard with easy visibility. There are also a couple main stream markets and supply stores (Walmart, Safeway, etc) about 12-15 min down the road. Overall, there are more cons than pros to this place. There’s a terrible rocky road that leads right up to the house. The walls are super thin leading to no privacy throughout the home. The bathroom upstairs is a lot smaller than we expected. The mirror is tiny with barely any room for visibility, along with the shower head only there to service anyone below 6ft. The internet is not “high speed” by any stretch. If you plan on using internet for business during your stay, do not book this place. Coos Bay has some real negatives. It is hardly a mecca for dining or shopping and you may find yourself extremely bored. You would have to drive a long way for a variety of quality shops and memorable attractions. It is basically a lumber and fishing port that has declined as these industries have declined. I would not recommend booking any home in and throughout coos bay.

We booked the entire home (both units) and experienced end of the road privacy. This home is very cute, inviting, SPOTLESS and Chris & Julie thought of everything we needed for our trip and then some.

If you love to watch egrets, blue herons, and cormorants , this is the place to be. The accommodations are pristine.
