I live in a condominium. It is clean and nice and near Merle hay Mall. I live very near interstate 80. There is a nice sized bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is across the hall. It will be used by only you. The shower room is between two bathrooms and will be shared by only me. I am very close to a nice movie theater. I am Located 15 to 20 minutes from just about anywhere in Des Moines.

Clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable, Melody's place was an ideal fit for our trip! The bed is extremely comfortable and the quiet neighborhood made for restful sleep. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cozy nook to anyone coming to Des Moines.

There is a bus stop near me. Des Moines offers taxis, Uber or Lift.

I grew up in a small town in Southeast Iowa. I married and lived on a farm 15 minutes south of my hometown for 38 years. We raised 3 great children there. I moved to Des Moines in 2018 and bought my home in Urbandale in February of 2019. I work as a Patient Care Tech for Unity Point in Mental Health. I love to swim and ride my bike.
