So charming and welcoming, felt just at home. The kitchen and dining room are amazing as well as the bathrooms. When we got to the bedroom we were stunned, it was perfect. They were so friendly and patient. We also had breakfast and it was a great meal, thank you so much Charlie and Abi for having us!

Very good location, close to the city centre, train and coach station. The room was comfortable and clean and we greatly appreciated the fact that cleaning supplies were available in the shared bathrooms to clean them yourself if wanted before use. Abi provided us with all the information we needed before checking in and was easily reachable at all times. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

It was an extremely peaceful atmosphere and very close to the station . Instructions were perfectly given . Very easy to follow and access. Nice walking space near the bay . Very clean and tidy rooms. Kitchen was awesome and had all the basic needs . Would recommend everyone for the stay . Wish to come again to stay for sure👍
