This was our second time in Kim‘s place. I considered a few hotels but opted for Kim‘s place because of the location, the space, the two bathrooms which meant nobody had to rush, plus the quality of sleep we got the last time - and it surely didn‘t disappoint this time. I had to wake my companions up after 9 hours of sleep. There are many restaurant and convenience stores around, and you can have practically anything delivered. You could get a ride in a few minutes too and get to practically any place around Manila quickly. These are just some of the reasons why I have Kim‘s place in my favorites.

I stayed here with my little family of three. The bed was spacious for us all. I appreciated all the accessible pillows which we used as a fortress around the baby. AC in every area which was amazing. Bathroom was spacious enough to do what you needed to do. The TV in the living room had better connection than the one in the main bedroom. The wifi/general data reception wasn’t the best in the bedroom, better to be in the common area (living). Large fridge for groceries. The garden is beautiful, also cools down the walkway. The staff were nice & always said hello. The parking could fit maybe 3 cars. You will have to move your car if you’re blocking another. would love to stay here again, also quite central to a lot of things.

The unit itself is clean, basic amenities included. Although there were mosquitos inside the house. Good location, safe because there are multiple gates and I see the security cameras and automatic locks are in place. What could be improved is how the caretaker can be contacted. She too was reluctant when we call for the little things we needed like extra towels, additional plates and parking assistance. Negative point on the surprise charge for parking— 350 per car and 150 for guests. There was no prior advise or notice about this.
