Being a corner unit, the place has a gorgeous view not only of the Makati/BGC skyline, but also of the Manila Bay sunset. Our cat super enjoyed the view. Host was also responsive. One minor concern only was that the unit had no drinking water supply (we requested for it through the assistant but it never arrived) and no eating utensils, but overall still a great Holy Week staycation experience. 😊

The apartment is great and has lots of good potential for short and long term stays. It certainly does look like the pictures however I have to be honest and say it also is in dire need of some maintenance work. Throughout the apartment there are a number of issues that can be easily and quickly fixed - for example, there were light fixtures that weren't working throughout (making the place very dark), cupboards which couldn't open (which meant I couldn't use any cutlery), and also the fixtures in the bathroom (towel rail and hand bidet holder) are also quite loose and falling apart. Security at the building is quite high, sometimes annoyingly so having to constantly show an access card to the same guards. However given the surrounding location of the building I can totally understand why the guards are cautious about who enters the building.
