The guesthouse at Little 9 Farm has become our home away from home. I've visited with my spouse and 2 daughters (6 and 9) so many times over the last 3 years, and every time we wish we had a few more days. I love arriving to this beautiful house, cooking in the spacious kitchen, watching the wild geese, herons and beaver on the pond, and stargazing around a bonfire at night. My kiddos love spending time with the goats, ducks and turkeys, playing on the swingset, trying to fish in the pond, and being able to run in the fields. The house is convenient to great restaurants and shops in Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Tivoli, Germantown and Hudson, although we spend most of our time relaxing on the property. It is clean and tastefully furnished, and the beds are so comfortable. My daughters say they wish we could come back every weekend. We can't wait until our next visit.

We had a great gateway weekend with the family! The house was very cosy for our family of 4! The farm and surroundings woods & meadows are beautiful & peaceful. Kids had a blast visiting the farm animals multiple times a day, looking for fresh eggs! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect getaway for my kids and I. They loved looking out the window and seeing the animals. The property is great with lots of trails and a peaceful lake. I definitely hope to come back again.

This was the best Airbnb experience. the property is gorgeous and the house is cozy and well appointed. we all loved the farm and the kids loved feeding the goats and playing on the lawn. the hosts were extremely attentive and helpful. we have absolutely no complaints and hope to be back very soon!

Great stay Loved the farm setting and would love to come back and stay
