Tommy’s place was exactly what I needed on my cross-country, mostly camping, trip. Despite not giving it 5 stars, I would absolutely recommend it. I feel like there were just a handful of cleaning oversights which may have just represented an off-day by the cleaners such as toothpaste splatter on the mirror frame, toothpaste in the sink drawer, kitchen implements that weren’t clean, and the inside of the fridge wasn’t clean even though it was empty. Warning that the shower and fan make a LOT of noise both in this unit and the neighboring ones.

I was very happy with my stay. This was my very first Airbnb rental! Instructions made for easy check in and check out. Everything was as described, well stocked with everything I could possibly need, and I loved that it had a full size frig and freezer. It was really like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel room, very cozy. And I especially loved that it was a dog friendly place with a nice potty area for my dog. If/when I go back to Rapid City, I will definitely be trying to book a room here first.
