Typical rural house of the 15th century, it is situated inside a 5 spikes farmhouse in the countryside of the village of Solomeo (PG). The accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts (air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, kitchenette, BBQ, ...) and is ideal both for those who want to discover the nearby cities of art and for those who want privacy and relaxation, immersed in the intimate silence of the Umbrian countryside that you can admire from the private garden. Inside the Resort there is also a RESTAURANT open every day, which offers a taste of the refined local cuisine, typical of the Tuscan Umbrian area. It is available (at an extra charge) to use the private SPA . The farmhouse immersed in the countryside is a must for peace and quiet.

Absolutely beautiful location and beautiful villas in perfect Umbria setting!! Host super friendly and helpful. Pool is fantastic with amazing vista to the hay fields below. With a restaurant next door it’s a great place to land and escape from the city!!

The village of Solomeo, a few steps from the structure, is a place magnificently renovated in recent decades, but in full harmony with the traditional style. Particularly lively in summer with its elegant and exclusive events, it is a must for your holidays in the cities of art.
The farmhouse, although immersed in the countryside, is easily accessible by car via the highway and a short stretch of dirt road (200 mt). about 15 km from Lake Trasimeno and the city of Perugia is an excellent starting point for wonderful sightseeing tours. Particularly ideal for mountain bike tours as it is close to many recommended trails.
