Overall,this rental was a very positive experience. The house is very nice on the inside. Nice artwork. Cute kitchen area. The beds are comfy. There is a very nice outdoor fireplace and there was wood beneath the porch. The wi-fi worked great and there was also cell service in the area the entire time. There was no noise from the neighbors during either night of our stay. Wende was very responsive to the messaging system in Airbnb. There are a fair amount of large steps between the parking and the house itself. I forget if this was in the listing. Not a big deal for me, but this might be a problem for folks with mobility issues.

The cottage was clean and lots of amenities! We came to be close to Mohican SP to hike and it was a perfect location! We like to cook and felt her kitchen was equipped for us to do so. It was very peaceful and quiet as it was on a dead end road. The view from the cabin was nice out of the big windows and the leaves being off the trees we could see so well! She had a nice solo stove on the patio that we enjoyed a fire in one of the nights that it didn’t rain!

This tucked away place has everything you need and is very close to Mohican State Park. It’s quiet and the view is wonderful. We loved the outdoor fire pit.

We had a great time even with the poor weather staying here. Due to the warnings of the picky boat clubbers next door, we drove to find some walking trails in the part. Overall, it was a great experience though! Wende was thoughtful and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend!

We had a great weekend away and felt so comfortable here! Instructions, Wifi, Amenities all wonderful. Wende's booklet of the area and things to do is extensive and helpful! Her place is in a perfect spot in-between loudinville, mansfield, butler etc... All went well. Very communicatative too!
