The house and location are awesome and the host was very responsive. The house was spotless and we would recommend it. I rated it 5 stars because it was a great house and a great host, but do feel it is worth noting that there is almost no cell reception at the house and the internet was extremely slow to the point it was almost unusable. We did a speed test and the internet speed was .17 MB. We were there to work and this was a major issue for us. Just a heads up if you will be staying here and relying on internet, please be aware.

I'll start by saying the house was beautiful. The rooms and furnishings worked great for our group. Everything was clean and the location was a short drive to all of the hikes, downtown Fayetteville and all of the activities we had planned. The pool table, outdoor deck with grill and covered hot tub were great, especially when the weather didn't allow us to venture out. Wifi wasn't amazing, but that was communicated in advance. Unfortunately we had crazy weather while we were there. What started with a 70 degree sunny day, turned into 2 tornados, a 32 hour power outage, rain and snow. The power loss caused a few hiccups, as the sump pump's back-up battery died, keeping us from using the water or flushing toilets. Upon request, the host hired someone after-hours to empty the septic tank, drove 2 hours to check on us, and still offered us a small refund, which was very appreciated.

Great stay in Americas newest national park. The home was beautiful and very close to anything you could want to do. Rebecca was very responsive if we had questions. Great trip.
