The house is very beautiful well equipped and pretty new; has a lot of rooms and space with full kitchen, tons of towels, sheets, full laundry, hot tub, etc. Rebecca was very responsive and kind allowing us an early check-in so we had time to change our clothes and head to my daughter's graduation in Charleston. Location is not really complicated to find if you follow the directions provided not just the GPS. The only thing is that we spend a lot of time on the porch, and it could use a touch-up and a good cleaning. Otherwise, we have a really good time with family coming from Europe. Thank you Rebecca.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again! I’ve listed pros and cons from our group’s perspective. I’ve not listed number of bathrooms as a con as that was clearly defined in the listing, did create a challenge with 12 ppl, but was consistent with listing. Pros: 1. Nice open space. Comfortably fit 12 without feeling crowded. 2. Host was response and flexible for check in to help accommodate our little ones bed time schedule. 3. Area is very nice and peaceful yet still within 5-10 minute drive of everything you’d need. 4. The outside area was spacious and comfortable as well which gave room for our little ones to run around. 5. Kitchen had everything. 6. Clean Cons: 1. Upstairs rooms have no blinds/drapes which made nap time a bit challenging with how bright it was. We ended up draping garbage bags and it worked out ok. 2. The floors creak with just about every step and can be easily heard throughout the cabin. Created challenge for any light sleepers.

Great, secluded location but close to New River Gorge activities. Beautiful porches and backyard space. Would highly recommend.

We celebrated our sons 3rd birthday with family and friends. There was something for everyone! Would definitely book again!
