Beautiful place and great hosts very accommodating needed to extend my stay they extended it was no issues would rent from them again

The apartment was wonderful. very sun-filled open room concept with high ceilings. 2 big bedrooms and 2 full baths with a tub shower combo in both. Large private roof terrace with a roof over part of it if you don't want much sun. Kitchen was well-stocked. Cal and Brynne were extremely responsive as was the property manager Chris. Great food right outside the front door. Lots of great attractions in the surrounding areas. The neighborhood was very much inner city but very gentrified and up and coming. The TV was Roku and a little small, about the size of a computer screen. Good washer, dyer in apartment which was very convenient. Ice cold central air. Overall 5 stars.

We arrived to a dirty place! Garbage bags, dirty dishes, dirty floors, broken glass table top, hole in a window, no linens, no paper products, spotted living room furniture (pulled strings galore from pets?!?) on the two yellow chairs! Also, the listing included a study off one of the bedrooms and a terrace off of it! What a joke! A cement alcove full of junk was the study! Listing&pictures were very misleading! We immediately contacted the host. She sent a woman over who was apologetic but looked a bit confused. She suggested we go to lunch while she talked to the co-host. We went to lunch but, in the middle of it, we got a call from the co-host saying to stay out until further notice because they had found a dead body in the apartment next door. The police and coroner were there to assess the situation and wanted nobody around. We learned the death was caused by drugs! That was the last straw!! We got our stuff and checked into a hotel! After all that,the host refused to refund us

This place was perfect in so many ways for our graduation (Vassar) weekend in Poughkeepsie. It was both a very quick trip to campus, and the location is really great - we love downtown Poughkeepsie! The surrounding area is a little bit gritty, but charming, and the architecture is just wonderful. This apartment is super close to everything you could want. It's a short walk down to the beautiful waterfront park, where we had dinner from local restaurants on the picnic tables. The outdoor deck was also the perfect pandemic solution to having a few of our son's friends over for dinner. The apartment itself is very spacious and worked great for our family. There were a couple of quirky details and it doesn't seem quite so newly renovated as it looks in the pictures - but those were minor things that were outweighed by the positives of this apartment.

We loved our stay! The place is great. Wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the amazing patio! We will be back!
