The place was magical the perfect getaway for our small family with a dog. Only small feedback would be to cook we were missing some pots and enough sugar but it was taken cared of by our property manager. Regardless we had a beautiful surprise birthday getaway for my husband… will definitely come back again when the leaves are grown in :)

I rented the treehouse in hopes of finding a special setting to celebrate my twin girls’ 18th birthday. Anyone with teens would probably agree it is difficult to impress them. Well…Bill’s place was absolutely magical. My girls loved every minute of our stay. It was wonderful to watch them explore and enjoy all the nature around them. Even when we woke up to a little rain one morning, the girls didn’t mind because this “nest” is very cozy! We hope to come back, again, and stay even longer! Thanks for everything!

The Hobbit Treehouse was a wonderful unplug getaway! Trista, the ranch director, was amazing and accommodating with the animal feeding and always quick to respond. The home was beautiful and very comfortable beds. It was quite cold so we didn’t see any wildlife or participate in the river activities. Had a fire and spent time in the perfect hot tub. Bill and Linda were so kind, helpful and quickly responded to all our questions prior to arriving. They even were willing to help find a way for our family to stay longer at my request. Would love to visit in the warmer months for sure. Thank you Bill, Linda and Trista!!!

Fuller’s Folly River Ranch was a great decision and a wonderful short drive from Dallas. I took 3 of my exchange students to enjoy this 4 day vacation in the country and were not disappointed. There is so much to offer here and yet there was time for rest and peace. I believe we all needed the getaway from the city. The students enjoyed the hike, barnyard, pit fires and lots of photos and hopefully, memories. Thank you so much .
