Melissa’s home was the perfect place for our family to gather and spend a peaceful weekend together. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out and play games and relax. Big tables to fit a large group. The property is beautiful and the home is clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are really fancy and luxurious. We would love to stay here again!

Overall the house is nice and the view is beautiful. But there were some safety issues we couldn’t look past. Within the first hour of arriving a board from the back porch steps fell off when it was stepped on. One of the hosts came out to glue it back on. One of the doors upstairs that is outside accessible does not lock. We were adverted from the hot tub by the dirty ring around the water. We brought this up to the hosts and were told it is due to local water particulates and it comes back after a couple hours. Then they came out to clean it, and the ring didn’t come back even after 2 days. However the drain/filter at the bottom of the tub still looks caked and there was brown on the floating dispenser. Ultimately we did not feel safe to get into the hot tub based on how it looked and that was one of the main reasons we booked the place. The hosts were very attentive and overall the house was nicely renovated but some things need attention.

Melissa and Stay Well were super responsive from start to finish. This host goes above and beyond. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home! It was the perfect spot to stay for a wedding in Weatherford. Incidentally, great birding too!

Awesome place, we had an incredible time! Pre check process was difficult with our big group, but besides that everything was perfect!
