Our Lil Bit O Texas and Cozy Creekside Retreat sits on a 1 acre waterfront, park-like setting. Bring the entire family on vacation where the parents/kids can stay at the main house and grandma and grandpa at the guest unit. Everyone can spread out at the waterfront/home/guest unit to enjoy water activities in the creek. which has access to Lake Granbury or just relax and enjoy the view. 4 kayaks are included during your stay. We are 7 miles from the Granbury Square yet still in the country! Our "L'il Bit of Texas" (the main house) has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps 11. The house was renovated in 2021 as a modern ranch style home. It also has a wood stove insert in the fireplace for those cold nights. The backyard patio spans the width of the house which has sitting areas and outdoor dining including a bbq grill. The large back yard is perfect for kids to be able to play and run around. At the waterfront there is a pergola with a sitting area as well as a little table for picnics. Also at the waterfront is a large fire pit for those cold nights and a bistro table/chairs to enjoy that delicious morning coffee. There are 4 kayaks (2 are set up for fishing), to explore the waterscape during your stay. Our "Cozy Creekside Retreat" guest unit has 1 bedroom/1 bath and a futon couch in the living room. This guest unit is at the back of the garage and was newly built in 2022. Inside there is a modern cottage feel. A beautifully designed bedroom and bath with a rain shower head awaits you. This unit also has a patio with outdoor dining, it's own bbq gril and firepit. The retractable screen door is perfect for bringing the outside in.
