Abucay Tacloban city, It is very close to Tacloban Transport bus terminal which has the access to any point of Leyte and Samar and buses going to Manila and Mindanao or vice versa, walking distance to private schools, church, Maharlika Highway, and Robinson North located in the new bus terminal of Tacloban City. In downtown area, it has lots of business establishments, Big Robinson mall, SM (save & more) Gaisano Central and many Shopping Stores and Restaurants like; Stefanie Eat All You Can, Mc Donalds, Jolibee etc., can also be found in downtown area which is just 8 minutes with the Multicabs from my house, depending on the traffic conditions of the city. Tacloban City, like any other cities has lot of cars and traffic conjested. The house is accessable with public transportation every five minutes like multicabs and tricycles to bring you to downstown and back home. Most things that the guests needs is just a few steps away. Our place is good for groups and families as it is spacious and comfortable to stay with during your vacations The house is also available for long term lease of 25K/month for at least a minimum of 1 year lease contract renewable yearly, utilities and amenities are excluded for long term occupancy. For short term rental, daily rate will apply. There is kitchen for those who loves to cook. please make sure that everything is well clean and arrange after using the utensils etc. The house is yours so please treat it as your own.
