Loved this accommodation! Walkable (via gorgeous scenic paths with few cars and many sheep!) to all there is to do in Windermere and yet completely secluded. Modern updates within a stunning stone estate. Special touches abound, including an incredibly helpful visitor’s guide. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in the pod it was perfect for the two of us and our toddler. Very handy location for Windermere (5 min drive), property decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Beautiful surrounding countryside. Would definitely recommend/stay again ourselves.

We had a great time staying at The Pod, which was terraced within a set of cottages within The Heaning Estate. It had lovely interiors, and had everything we needed and more - this included a really useful handbook and local guidebook. The location was perfect for us too - just a few minutes drive into Windermere for a wander / food shopping etc, and easy to drive for sightseeing around lake Windermere. We’d definitely love to come back!

Great location, on a small estate. Tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. En-suite whilst small made efficient use of the space and the provided lotions, soaps, and towels were great! You have decent privacy as the property isn't overlooked. Quiet accommodation, although it is possible to hear the neighbors occasionally.

Michelle's place was a home away from home for the days we stayed. it was cozy, had all the amenities and was at a beautiful location. I would definitely recommend it to others!
