I can't rave enough about our hosts, Matt and Liz, their beautiful home, and the charming town of Cold Spring. It really was perfect for our wedding weekend with our kids, grandchildren, and family members. The setup of the house was exactly what we needed for our family of 11 to come together as one. Every room was spacious and very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved all of the different play areas, and the adults loved hanging out at the big island in the kitchen and the living room. The front porch was the perfect place for wedding pictures. We can't thank Matt and Liz enough for helping make our wedding and our family reunion magical. I'm sure we'll be back to celebrate our anniversary.

This is a wonderful place with a great host. There’s so much room to spread out, so it was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is great and you can walk to the very cute Main Street just around the corner. Overall, a place better than the pictures convey and one we’d happily stay in again.

Loved the house. Felt very comfortable and at home. We will be using them and the house again next time we come to cold spring. Great host and very responsive!

I shared this house with 2 other families for an unexpected trip. Matthew could not have been easier to work with! He was incredibly kind and accommodating to our group. The house was beautiful- even prettier than pictured. The village is amazing with it's shops and restaurants and the river is in walking distance. I wish we had more time to explore. Stay here, you are going to love it!

5 stars all around! This is a beautiful house, very clean. We were traveling with an 11-month old, and the house was ideal for her with toys, books, and safety gates. The kitchen was fully stocked and the deck was big enough to enjoy all of our meals outside. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!
