The Hostal is a quiet and safe place to stay. Love the Roof : The energy flows greatly there. It is spacious and well distributed. The plants and trees around it are the cherry on the cake . The Sport Complex across the street is what gives all the life to the area. A big plus Juan Carlos works hard to keep the place clean. Please you as guest do your part ( Do not burn pots) to keep it up this beautiful and convenient place. Thanks Joel , Lady and Juan Carlos

El edificio tiene pinturas muy bonitas y está todo muy limpio y ordenado, sin embargó hay algunos cuartos en donde las paredes son muy delgadas y las cerraduras son duras entonces se escucha un poco fuerte dentro de tu habitación como entran y cierran los demás, lo cual puede ser un poco incomodo para descansar.

First floor - laundry service (wash, dry and fold) for only $4USD per load.
2nd, 3rd and 4th floors - a mix of 19 private rooms
5th floor - this is the heart of the building with our spacious 100-square-meter common areas - including a huge, industrial kitchen, two living rooms (one with direct TV), and the other with a steam room and bathroom.There is an incredible sports recreation area in front of our building. Two swimming pools (one olympic) for lap swimming or hanging out (less than $3USD per day per person). There are 3 basketball courts (people playing 4 on 4 pickup games every afternoon). 6 soccer fields (you can join other people playing), free aerobics and yoga classes some days, a running track, BMX bike track, bowling alley, etc., etc.
