Stephen and his place was fantastic. His communication is responsive and he’s very accommodating to any requests. The place was clean and the location was great especially its location near hospital.

Me and friends are taking this home for the second time and that itself shows how pleased we were with our last visit. All details of checkin was shared long before and it was easy. There were instructions about everything listed at home including some nearby destinations which was really helpful. Different from other homes, Stephen kept some list of brochures of local restaurants which helped us greatly as the day of our checkin was Christmas where most of the shops and restaurants were closed. He was available for any help and one instance when a supply was low, he was with us in 30 minutes with the required items. The space was clean and well maintained and the neighbourhood was also silent and peaceful.

We stayed at Highland Home from home in October while a family member was in Raigmore hospital. Stephen was an amazing host, very responsive from start to finish, responding very quickly to questions before I booked, between booking and arrival, and during our stay. He was very flexible and accommodating when our plans changed due to an extended hospital stay for a family member. Stephen went above and beyond, providing advice on local walks, dropping off extra bedding and responding within minutes to queries. The house is lovely and such a comfortable place to stay during a stressful time. Being less than 5 minutes walk from the hospital made the whole situation easier and meant we could visit easily. The house was clean and well presented and peaceful. It was lovely to have use of the garden too. If I return to Inverness I would definitely choose to stay here again.
