Stayed 2 nights for my daughter’s graduation from James Madison University. Everything was clean and well stocked with supplies and linens. Would love to come back in the summer so we could enjoy the outdoors and the river. The view out the front was amazing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend Ian’s place to anyone.

Beautiful and peaceful! loved sitting on front porch with coffee and doggies and watching the river. Great location and comfortable home and just peace...hmmm

We were visiting the area to do some golfing and whiskey tastings for a bachelor weekend. And there was ample space for four people to sleep, eat and hangout comfortably. Also great location, with a few local hangouts to check out and nestled a very convenient distance from Massanutten and some distilleries. Ian also went out of his way to allow me to check in an hour early so I could beat the traffic leaving the city. I would highly recommend staying here!

I loved the Airbnb. It is in a quiet neighborhood! The house was clean, cozy and just what we needed. Ian was great and gave us clear instructions for everything we needed so there was no confusion. It’s located in a great spot so nothing was too far away when we wanted to venture out!
