The cabin boasts a series of hidden doors that add an element of mystery and discovery to your stay. Step inside to discover a full home theater, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite films in a cozy, private setting. One of Ava’s most enchanting features is its magical sliding island, a guest-favorite centerpiece that reveals a hidden spiral staircase. Follow the hidden staircase to the basement where you’ll find the center of the fun, the game room. Decked out with a PS5, pool table, board games, poker table, and A FULL MOVIE THEATER (yes you read that right) there’s enough fun for all ages (warning, your kids might never want to leave). The movie theater is hidden behind a bookcase that pushes open ~ another magical door. It is connected to Roku guest mode so you can log in to your streaming services and watch your favorite movies! The primary bedroom of the house is on the first floor featuring a king sized bed and en-suite bath with a stunning green and brass design. Upstairs you will find 2 additional queen sized bedrooms and a beautiful Moroccan style bathroom. Both bathrooms also feature a bidet. The cabin's thoughtful design extends to a sunken bed with 360-degree views in the loft, creating a stargazing paradise where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the night sky ~ our guests favorite place to sleep! For moments of relaxation, Ava invites you to indulge in a 7-person hot tub, offering a soothing retreat with panoramic views of the entire valley. Whether you're soaking under the stars or enjoying the scenic landscape during the day, the hot tub provides a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. While Ava offers a remote escape surrounded by nature, convenience is never compromised. A short 7-minute drive takes you to Food Lion, ensuring you have easy access to essentials. Walmart is also just 18 minutes away. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the prime location places Skyline Drive and the trails of Shenandoah National Park within a scenic 27-minute drive. Ava is not merely a cabin; it's a destination where modern comfort meets the serenity of the Shenandoah Valley. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a memorable gathering with friends, it promises an unforgettable experience, seamlessly blending luxury, nature, and convenience in one remarkable setting. OUTDOOR Along with a 7 person hot tub, you will also find a gas grill and a 36” Blackstone (propane is provided). You have everything you need to grill some great food! You’ll also find corn hole and an 8 person fire pit with plenty of space for the whole group. Ava also features a ChargePoint level 2 charger to keep your EV ready to go! The plug is a J1772 and is compatible with all EVs (some EVs may need an adapter) CELL SERVICE AND WIFI Ava has offered great cell service as tested on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile allowing you to stay connected during your stay. In addition, free wifi is offered but you may find that your cell service be more performant due to limited wifi options in the area. We have been WFH from Ava for several weeks and have been able to take video calls and upload files without much issue. Loved our stay at this location. Beautiful scenery and private space. Plenty to do in the house and has all the amenities you would need. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay in the future!
This is truly a unique place. Gorgeous surroundings, beautifully decorated, clean, stocked with games and most of what you need, and of course the added amenities and hiding spots. Great for relaxing getaway or family/ friend trip. Host was responsive as well. We had so much fun here.
Beautiful home with exceptional Mountain Views. We needed a relaxing, beautiful cabin to recuperate and refocus on life. This met all of our expectations. I have already recommended this location to friends and family, and I will place in my “to do again” list.
We had a wonderful time. The home was very welcoming and had all of the amenities we needed. We needed more time to enjoy all of them so we are hoping to go back again. The secret components were fun and very clever. The outside was comfortable and the firepit was great. The fresh milk, eggs and coffee were a plus. Amro was very responsive when I had questions. I highly recommend it!
Immaculate house. Very clean. The farm fresh milk and eggs provided were amazing. The coffee was great. The house came with a lot to do and we enjoyed it all, especially the theater. We lost power, we believe it was due to a wild fire in the nearby forest, and Amro was extremely quick to get someone to turn on the generator for us. Overall it was a great experience.

AVA’s driveway is adjacent to a state maintained paved road so access is easy and 4 wheel drive is not required except for wintery conditions.

What started as a quick way to save money for our wedding became a passion. Dina and I started hosting in 2021 after 2 years of missed interactions due to the pandemic. We became obsessed with meeting faces from every corner of the world. We wanted to go further and build beautiful and unique homes that only lived in our imaginations.
