We had booked a 5 bed, 5 bath. Their qualify check showed a problem with the A/C, which is good since it's hot in Vegas. They have several other properties and were able to offer another one of their properties, which was fantastic! I have experienced a different location where we were cancelled last minute due to plumbing issues and had no other options. There was a bit of a disappointment that the replacement property had only 2.5 baths, with 6 bedrooms. Our group was 8 women, so the limited baths was definitely a disappointment. Overall the property was nice, the hosts were responsive and I would recommend their property.

Wonderful stay! We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and the setup was perfect! Lots of space to visit and hangout! Location was very peaceful and quiet! I messaged the host regarding the beeping smoke alarms and someone was sent out immediately to fix them. Will definitely recommend for anyone who needs a house in Vegas!

The stay was just okay. We paid a lot of money for this place and expected it to be amazing but it was just okay. I’ll start with the good. The place was nice and looked like the photos to a certain extent. It was spacious and all of our guests slept comfortably. Now let’s get to the issues, the AC did not seem to work. During the day it was extremely hot in there. I would turn the AC all the way down to 60 and the house was still hot. The floors were so dirty our socks were black. The pots and pans were very dirty and there were only a couple which made cooking a bit complicated. Lastly, communication was not the best. The host did not answer anything until our actual stay but we booked about 3 months in advance and asked several questions that were ignored. We did not use the pool as it was not very clean. We booked this house because it had a pool so that was unfortunate. The place has potential but these things need to be resolved
