A minha estadia no apartamento da Mónica foi perfeita. O apartamento é tal e qual como descrito no anúncio e tem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia longa confortável. Estava limpo e arrumado. Localiza-se num bairro cheio de vida e bem localizado, com acesso a transportes públicos e supermercados. Mas o melhor do apartamento é mesmo a anfitriã Mónica: sempre responsiva, sempre prestável, uma ajuda em qualquer situação. Sempre que precisei de algo, a Mónica resolveu quase imediatamente, muitas vezes antecipando-se às minhas necessidades. É impossível não elogiar a sua atenção, cuidado e prestabilidade. Uma superhost, sem dúvida! Recomendo a 100% este Airbnb.

I stayed at Monicas apartment for a month together with my boyfriend and we loved it. Monica is one of the best hosts I stayed with so far. Super friendly, answers within minutes and is very helpful. The apartment is super cute. It felt like home to us. The area itself is a bit loud because of the subway but you get used to it with the time and that's how it is in New York in general. I can highly recommend Monica as a host and the apartment as well.

Monica’s place is perfect to stay in. We book a little over a month while working out in Brooklyn. Check in was a breeze as Monica came out, opened the door, and gave us a quick rundown of everything. Lots of places within walking distance, and 2 subway stations close by. We were working Night Shift so the majority of the time spent in the room was early morning to early afternoon. For having to sleep during the day, noise wasn’t a problem with a pair of earplugs in. And at night it’s quiet. Highly recommend Monica’s place.

Monica is the perfect host. Discreet, low key, but reactive and willing to help in case of need. Communication with her was just perfect. My girlfriend and I stayed at her place for a month and a half and we found it clean and cozy. Monica's place is really close to the Myrtle Avenue station where you can take the J or M line and be in Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. Myrtle Avenue is also a stop for express trains (if you don't know what "express train" means, trust me, it is a plus). I would definitely stay again in Monica's house and I recommend it to everyone.

I've stayed in Monica's place for a month, and it was a great experience! Monica is very responsive and nice host. Place was very clean and cozy. It's close to Manhattan (J and M lines in 7-10 minutes walk). Laundry is right next door, so you won't have a problems cleaning your cloth. Parking is on the street, there are always parking spaces during day time, but it quickly fills up closer to 8-9PM, so make sure you park before that. I can definitely recommend this apartment as a place for a long stay!
