We had a wonderful week away at Joanna’s home! This was our 5th stay in NH over the last 2.5yrs with two little kids and a dog and her home was by far our favorite! Open, spacious, incredibly clean, separate spaces for kids and adults, a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood…we absolutely loved this home and settled right in. The Saco River is about a 5 min walk from the property, and downtown N Conway is a quick drive. Joanna was incredibly responsive throughout the booking and check in process, and left a detailed binder in the kitchen with everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this home; we can’t wait to come back!

What a lovely well-stocked home for an adults-only getaway. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and had all the needed tools. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. Great common area for tv watching and game playing. The driveway was plowed for us as it snowed the day of check-in. We did have to shovel the steps but there were shovels and a snow thrower. We opted to pay the 40 dollars to have them take care of the trash as it wouldn't be fun to lug home bags of garbage. Overall, loved this place!!! Thank you, Johanna!

Our family had a wonderful mini vacation at this beautiful home! Took our annual trip to the Fryeburg Fair! our three grandchildren enjoyed the bunk room downstairs and also the playroom on the main floor. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax, chat, play cards or watch a movie! The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Johanna was a great host, would definitely rent again!
