Anita is an amazing host, even offering to pick us up from the local station! There was everything that you could need or want in the Cabin and I am certain if there was a request for anything, that Anita would have gone out of her way to provide it! The cabin was cozy, warm and just a lovely base for three days whilst we were house hunting. Thank you so much Anita! Helen

We loved staying in Anita's cabin over new year. It is cosy, neat, quiet, airy and Anita has kitted it out so thoughtfully and generously. The decor is calming and fresh. It is private and well located, just a quick walk to Southbourne beach and easy parking on the road. Anita had given us great local recommendations, we had some really delicious meals and walks as a result. Anita was very responsive and quick, easy to communicate with and friendly- she even gave us champagne for new year's eve! and crackers and mince pies when we arrived :) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for being such an excellent host Anita!

I needed a place to stay near my elderly father. This place was perfect - only a few minutes walk to my dad’s place and the area is close to the beach and has handy shops and a fab coffee shop. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and felt safe for a woman on her own. Although I didn’t meet Anita, she was very responsive to my messages and provided me with clear and helpful instructions. The Airbnb had lots of nice touches - tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, yogurts, cereal, croissants plus chocolates beside the bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, plus plenty of towels. I would certainly recommend Anita’s place and hope to return. Many thanks.

Anita’s cabin was perfect for us, it was well kitted out with everything we could possibly need and was a cosy little retreat for us very close to family. Excellent communication from Anita.

If you stay at this Place you will really love the location and the property. It has everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is a nice size. The place is full of useful info on the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay here. Anita is a really lovely host. Full of knowledge of the area. I would definitely stay here again.
