Home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed the backyard and hot tub! Owners are very responsive!

The outdoor space here is PHENOMENAL! We watched the total solar eclipse from the beautiful hot tub, and the kids splashed around in the pool all weekend. Up on a hill as it is in Dripping Springs, the view from that outdoor space is also fantastic. The house was comfortable for our group of two close couple friends plus our four kids, who shared the bunk room. Due to the layout of the house, with one bedroom being right off the main room and the fastest way to get to the pool, I would choose this one again with close friends but not really if I wanted a lot of privacy...i.e. not with my mother in law hahaha. We found the kitchen adequate but I think it's more fun to go out around the Drip, i.e. to the biergarten/coffee house just at the intersection of Springlake and 12 which also has taco and burger trucks. So much fun. The cookware was not high end and the pans scratched, but so many other options exist that it didn't matter.

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this beautiful home in Dripping Springs. It was very quiet, yet just a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very flexible and communicated quickly. We had a wonderful time, Thank you!
