The place was lovely. Large,spacious, very clean, lovely decorated. The basics for supply’s were there. A few more kitchen things like foil might have been nice but we didn’t cook anyway. The only drawback was it’s a downstairs and the upstairs is very noisy. We were glad the guest were in by 11:00 or sleep would have been challenging. I know there is nothing to be done as it’s the way with downstairs apt so I learned in the future to look only for upstairs when booking. Still a very nice place. Would have loved to been upstairs.

TLDR- safety risk, vandalism and theft. The unit and the host were okay. Will have most of what you need, beds were comfortable, shower water was hot enough, full size toiletries provided, many stores/restaurants within several blocks. minor issues- the plumbing is slow, many pots but no pans, little room for pantry items, and you will hear every step/word the upstairs neighbors make, and even the neighbors next door, muddy field next to unit full of garbage/old clothes. WORST PART, on the 5th day my car window was smashed in and personal property was stolen while parked in the assigned space right in front of the unit!! Spent hundreds of dollars repairing window/replacing stolen items. As another reviewer wrote"iffy" neighborhood, INDEED. People need to be more open/honest about details that may signify a safety issue. For that reason I would not come back to this unit, or the area, again. (As a reminder, there is no security camera the camera you see on building isn't active.)
