The place is as described with one common living kitchenette area, one separate bedroom, and a terrace. Access, communication, and check-in are very easy. it is in a mostly pedestrian only area and is on the 5 floor without an elevator, so keep that in mind. it is right in the city center with lots to do all around, and it has a great terrace to enjoy the old city skyline. I arrived to fund the place dusty, but the team was very attentive and took care of it; I loved the responsiveness and support all throughout the stay and really appreciated the teams help in a case of emergency. Recommended if you want to be in the middle of the bustling streets of El gotico.

Brilliant apartment. I stayed here for 3 months and loved every minute of the location, the terrace and the apartment itself. Everything was perfect and if there was any (very rare) issue, the management were incredibly fast at replying and solving any concern I had the same day. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

The apartment is great, in a great location with supermarket etc very close by. Just don’t underestimate the stairs to get up, totally doable but a long way up!

the location is very cool. The apartment is located in a small side street of the Carrer de Ferran (which leads to La Rambla). There is a quite nice supermarket on the opposite of the flat and little stores also. When you follow the small street southways you get to the harbour in about 5-10 min. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, the pictures on Airbnb are very accurate when it comes to the furniture and stuff. What we loved was the big rooftop terrace where the sun is very nice in the mornings and afternoons. Also a big plus is the communication with the landlords. As there are only rentable apartments in this building prepare yourself for loud nights (you can hear the people talk in the other flats). Especially the weekends were very exhausting as there were always young party people renting the other apartments. also the noise from the streets on the weekends is very disturbing for a good nights sleep.

Bodde i denna lägenhet under två månader. Den är lite liten men fungerar som temporärt boende. God kontakt med värden som svarade snabbt om problem uppstod.
