Trisha is a very experienced and efficient host, and her warm and friendly manner really made my daughter and I feel most welcome on our recent mini-break to Yorkshire. The room we had was immaculately presented, with luxury toiletries and a comprehensive range of facilities, all in full working order. We indulged in Trisha's marvellous home-cooked, farmhouse breakfasts and highly recommend them! The directions for the BnB location were easy to follow and it is also well situated for exploring both towards the coast and back towards York, Thirsk, Ripon etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a great little find!
