The directions link in the Airbnb email had the correct address but Google maps took us to North Kilvington. you need to ensure your mapping app is correct. Jane helped us out immediately and directed us correctly. It is an immaculate spacious accommodation, we appreciated the breakfast items, milk etc. Everything you need is provided 🙂 Easy drive up onto the Moorlands and to York. Watching the lambs playing together on the mound outside the front door each evening was amusing. They would get to the top and jump vertically in joy! Thank you Jane and Phillip.

We had a really lovely stay. It was just like what has been described on AIRBNB. It was peaceful, scenic and incredible large interior. We highly recommend Jane’s place. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a lovely stay. Ian & Jackie.

The location is stunning. A spacious annex to a large converted granary set in lovely grounds surrounded by sheep pastures, horse paddocks and woodland. Yet within 10 minutes access to Thirsk and several major routes, The owners Jane and Philip are absolutely lovely, couldn't be more helpful. VERY tempted to go there again. Recommended.

Granary Lodge was perfect for our short stay when our family needed to attend a funeral. Jane was very quick to respond and helpful, and the house was great - spotlessly clean and comfortable with a lovely big lounge and everything we could need, including extras thoughtfully provided by the hosts. We loved it.

really upscale apartment. big living space with comfortable couch and chairs. nice walk in shower. 2 full toilets. fully equipped kitchen where we made most of our meals. dead quiet inside. nice seating area overlooking courtyard. great friendly hosts made us feel right at home like old friends. great local knowledge. easy access to motorway and thirsk for shopping or eating out
