Apartment was great and spotlessly clean. Most importantly, Dimitrios was very responsive and super helpful with advising on transport arrangements etc. I will recommend this apartment. Thank you Dimitrios and Andreas!!

I was on Cypros for a workation trip and lived in this flat for 5 nights. The check-in was super easy and the flat was very clean. Everything was as in the pictures and description. Dimitros & Andreas usually responded immediately and did everything to make my stay enjoyable. All in all I am very happy with everything. The only thing I would consider "negative" would be the low water pressure in the shower and the fact that the WiFi rarely failed while working. But that's rather complaining on a high level. So if you want a nice flat that is clean and within walking distance to the beach and the promenade. This is the right place for you. Thanks again!

We loved staying at Simitrious & Andreas's. The apartment was lovely, and Andreas took care immediately of every request we had.

Great place! The apartment is like the pictures, was very clean, everything works. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had everything needed upon arrival including washer soap. It was great to have everything prepared! The place is really close to grocery shops and the kitchen is fully functional. It is few minutes walk to the sea walk and fishermans deck, full of restaurants. It's located on a quiet street and even had small children's playground right next to the building. We'll be glad to came back some day.
