My friends and I stayed the weekend here to celebrate my birthday. The house was beautiful, wonderful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked last minute and are so glad we did! In addition to everything in the listing, it's a short ten-minute walk on either the road or a beautiful woody path to a great coffee shop. Very easy drive to the university, downtown, east 6th, etc. The house has lots of space and a nice backyard area, everything very clean, and a Peloton to boot! Thank you for a great stay in Austin!

The house is much better than I expected. The pellet grill works great. AC is prefect & not pre set - locked temperature like other rentals! The hot water didn’t run out during a long shower. Very clean. No odd smell or any sign’s that pets had been there. Plenty of lighting. Fans work great. Dishwasher works great. The kitchen is fully stocked. All the tvs are smart tvs. Wi-Fi was very fast. My 2yr old granddaughter loved the place. I would highly recommend this place to others. Prefect for a family getaway.
