We had a great stay!! House was very well equipped. One of the best AirBnBs we have rented! Peaceful location, loved the pool and hot tub. Have stayed in Cerritos a few times and enjoyed exploring Pescadero this time around. Loved the vibe, and finding unique and delicious restaurants. Whit was very responsive.

An amazing spot with lots of things to do

We recently stayed at Whit's property, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The house itself is lovely, offering ample space and comfort, and it was maintained very clean throughout our stay. A highlight for us was definitely the pool, which was a fantastic addition to our stay, providing us with the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whit was an excellent host—very responsive and genuinely nice, always available to assist with any inquiries or needs we had during our visit. A couple of points worth noting for future guests: there was a man living in a camper on the property, which was unexpected. Additionally, there was a dog on the premises, sometimes two. Both the person and the dogs were very nice and didn't intrude on our stay, but it's something potential guests might want to be aware of ahead of time. Despite these surprises, our stay was very enjoyable, and we highly recommend Whit's listing to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at Whit's place. It was very clean, the beds were SUPER comfy (as was the couch!) and there were lots of extra bath and beach towels. The kitchen is unusually well-stocked; it had all the appliances you could want for cooking and even a toaster oven (a rare find in an AirBnB but it's my fave small appliance, especially for re-heating leftovers). Quality pans for cooking and ample cutlery. Fast internet. The pool setup is great with seating and loungers and the hot tub heats up quickly. We were treated to an absolutely spectacular pink and red sunset one evening, and we even tried the nearby Coyote restaurant and it was delicious! The only small drawback was that the place didn't seem to have heat (or at least not that we could find), but that's unlikely to be an issue for most guests most of the year (this was a mid-February stay) and also there are lots of throw blankets available in the house, so no big deal. FIVE STARS, we would absolutely stay again!
