The pod was a lovely, cozy place to stay in January. We cooked for ourselves as there were no local restaurants opened at this time of year, but facilitate perfectly adequate.

We arrived at the pod on a wet and miserably windy afternoon, although the locals said it was not windy On arrival the pod was a bit chilly but we soon warmed it up with the electric imitation stove. The decor was coordinated and lovely, all with a majestic deer/ stag theme. We had everything we needed. Due to the time of year getting a meal was limited but we managed to get into The Tongue Hotel and had a marvellous dinner. Check out was easy. We packed up. Took our rubbish with us and had one last look at the gloriously beautiful scenery from the pod doors Thoroughly recommend for an alternative stay.

the pad was good, nice view and the resturant food was good.

Lovely location with a spectacular view of Castle Varrich from the front windows. Even on quite a stormy night, the pod was quiet, warm and secure. The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. The location was just spectacular.
